We found a lovely hotel with perfect surroundings. the location was ideal, by the river, in the heart of the old city, with easy access to pedestrian street, shopping areas. the room was comfortable with a beautiful view, TV, and air-conditioning, everything spotlessly clean. the service was outstanding, helpful and professional. Breakfast we enjoyed every morning was varied, plentiful and delicious.

The Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough, and some websites were inaccessible.

The air conditioning on the top floor was not very effective, and the room was quite hot. It was necessary to change rooms to a lower floor to be more comfortable.

Additionally, the hotel was close to the bus terminal where coaches to other cities were available. The view of the river from my room was stunning. I also loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The shower was not very clean, and the wifi signal was weak. But for the price, it was a great place to stay for a city trip.
